Low carb: basil pesto salmon w/ cheesy broccoli bake and cauliflower mash
Wednesday: Herb roasted pork tenderloin w/ sweet potato casserole and roasted garlic broccolini
Low carb: Keto pork chops w/ mushroom and spinach sauce w/ cheesy broccoli bake and cobb salad
Thursday: Meatloaf w/ gouda mac n cheese and mashed potato casserole
Whole 30: Chicken Cacciatore w/ roasted root vegetables (fingerling sweet potatoes, rutabagas, and purple top turnips) and organic collard greens
Friday: Breakfast for dinner: puff pastry turkey sausage rolls, hashbrown casserole, and biscuits and gravy casserole. Add on a quart of cheese grits for $13.50
