Whole 30: citrus marinated pork tenderloin w/ sweet potato mash and roasted summer veggies
Wednesday: Teriyaki pork tenderloin w/ sweet potato casserole and bacon wrapped asparagus
Skinny: Mediterranean stuffed chicken (kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, feta, spinach) w/ brown rice and quinoa blend and roasted summer veggies
Thursday: Chicken Parmesan w/ spaghetti, dinner rolls, and Greek salad
